I’m in the business of possibility – helping clients convert the potential energy of their people into kinetic energy! I do this by partnering large corporations in co-creating their change and people related business acceleration initiatives. Not just events, but interventions, based on design-thinking principles, built for sustenance and ROI. I do this by coaching senior leaders and helping them navigate their strategic and operational business and people challenges. I also work with senior leadership teams, using  experiential learning and group facilitation methodologies, to help them find their own answers and produce the energy required for change.

I have earned a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the ICF (International Coach Federation) and am a 6 Seconds EQ Fellow, certified in assessing EI. I strongly believe that emotions drive people and people drive performance and leaders can leverage EI to create a climate conducive to high performance. I have also undergone a coach training program in Transformational Coaching from The Centre for Transformational Coaching. Further, I have successfully completed certified courses in Appreciative Coaching and The World Café process from the Fielding Graduate University, California and am also certified in the WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0. Before diving deep with The Yellow Submarine, I spent 6 1/2 years at Erehwon Innovation Consulting, where I consulted with large corporations to help create environments that are innovation-friendly. Prior to Erehwon, I was one of the 2 trainers who rolled out the Dale Carnegie offerings, when they kick-started the India operations in 2003. Earlier, I was Vice President (Sales) at Zenith Computers Ltd. I began my sales career with Xerox and have ‘learned’ in a variety of demanding environments – from factory floors to management committees. In the last 14 years, I’ve interacted with over 23,000 participants across 100+ clients like Amdocs India, Asian Paints, Atos India, Birla Sun Life AMC, Bunge India, Cargo-Partner India Cipla Ltd., Jones Lang Lasalle India, Linde India, Lineage Power, Motorola Mobility India, MTR Foods, Novartis India, Oracle India, SABMiller India, Samsung India, Sandvik Asia, SimpliLearn India, Sundaram BNP Paribas Fund Services, Times Group, The Hindu & TAFE, to name a few.  My years of working across diverse industries & contexts helps me relate easily to people. It also helps me constantly innovate on the methodologies to create a productive experience for my clients & participants.

I live in Goa and when I’m not working with clients on their business challenges, I spend hours every week baking artisan, sourdough bread and tinkering with my wood-fired oven.

I strongly believe that in my world there are no strangers – just friends who I haven’t met as yet. 🙂
