I will never have all the answers. But, I can get there if I’m open to all kinds of questions.

The word question comes from quest – to search for!

The questions we ask lay the foundation for action. These questions can help us fix visible problems or help focus on something larger than what’s immediately visible. When questions help us focus on something larger than ourselves, they magically get you and me to contribute and for all of us to learn collectively in the process. This  invariably leads to discovery and insight.

Answers on the other hand shut doors. When you have the answer, you’re done. And life goes on as usual.

When you pay attention to the kind of questions you’re answering, you open the doors to choice – solving yesterdays problems or redefining tomorrows opportunities.

What kind of questions are you focusing on?
